Ray White Buy West Property Management has managed my rental property for the past 4 years.  

 As I am not living in New Zealand, I have relied on them to keep everything running smoothly.  During this time they have not let me down.

They have diligently and professionally, organised maintenance, liaised with the tenants, coordinated inspections and accordingly made sound recommendations in order to keep the house in good condition. They have also ensured that the rent is up to date, organised rent increases when due, marketed the property as a rental and placed new tenants when needed and kept accurate records that I could access for my accountant even 2 years down the track!. The on-line system is certainly an excellent facility for accessing records.

When I decided to sell the property they worked in conjunction with the salesperson to ensure the tenants rights were up-held, whilst still ensuring access for buyers so it could be sold.  

I didn’t have to worry about my property as I knew it was being taken care of and that Buy West was ensuring the tenant and I were fulfilling our respective obligations under the Residential  Tenancies Act.
